At Dunham Fitted Furniture, we respect your privacy and do all we can to protect it.
This policy explains when and why we collect personal information.
We will not release your information to third parties for any reason, unless you have specifically asked us to do so, or we are required to do so by law. Instead, we use it only for our core business purposes.
If you email us from the website, directly to our email address, phone or calling in to the office in person, or on social media, we ask for names, addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses to use in connection with our own business purposes. We have no need, nor do we, pass this information onto any other party, other than at your request if you wish us to contact another service on your behalf such as a local electrician etc. In such cases we would usually give you the number of the third party to contact them directly in the first instance.
We do not currently, nor do we foresee, using a list of email addresses or phone numbers to contact you for marketing and advertising purposes. If this changes we will contact you to ask permission first to send marketing or advertising material.
We do not ask for, collect, keep or process any financial details from clients. Instead we ask for payments directly from the client’s bank account to ours, Paypal payment or by cheque.
We will ask clients if we can take, keep and use photos of furniture we have completed in properties to show prospective clients and current clients examples of our work. We may also post these photos on our website and other types of social media for advertising and marketing purposes. To protect your privacy, we do not identify the clients for whom the furniture was made or the property in which it was fitted.
